1. Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms apply whenever you access or use Anywhere.Vegas. By browsing the site, running a search, using the concierge or planner, creating an account, or clicking through to a third-party booking link, you agree to these Terms and to the referenced policies.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the service. Simply loading a page does not create obligations beyond what is reasonably necessary to deliver that page to you.
2. About Anywhere.Vegas
Anywhere.Vegas is a Las Vegas discovery, recommendation, planning, and informational platform. Current features may include:
- Venue, hotel, restaurant, attraction, show, nightlife, tour, spa, and golf information
- Itinerary planning and saved-plan tools
- Search, recommendation, and concierge-style guidance
- Nearby-venue and proximity guidance
- Links to third-party booking, reservation, and ticketing providers
- Editorial context and accessibility information where available
The specific mix of features, data sources, and integrations may change as the platform evolves.
3. Informational & Planning Service
Anywhere.Vegas provides information and planning assistance. We do not operate or control the venues and services described on the site, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, dayclubs, shows, attractions, tours, spas, golf courses, transportation providers, ticket sellers, reservation platforms, casinos, or any third-party website.
References to venues and providers on Anywhere.Vegas do not make us the provider of their goods or services.
4. Recommendations & Concierge Guidance
Recommendations may be produced from factors such as your stated preferences, interests, location or manually selected area, distance, venue characteristics, catalog information, availability signals, itinerary fit, recommendation logic, and editorial judgment.
Recommendations are informational and subjective. In particular:
- Results may not suit every visitor or occasion.
- Conditions at a venue may change without notice.
- Venue information in our catalog may be incomplete or outdated.
- Stated preferences may be interpreted imperfectly.
- Ordering and prioritization may change as our systems evolve.
Recommendation rankings are not determined by whether a venue participates in an affiliate or booking partnership.
5. AI & Automated Features
Some features on Anywhere.Vegas may use automated rules, structured recommendation systems, or AI-assisted processing to organize information and generate suggestions. Automated or AI-assisted responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information, and should not be treated as professional advice of any kind.
You should independently verify important details — hours, reservation policies, prices, age or dress requirements, accessibility features, and transportation logistics — before relying on them. The underlying technology, providers, and integrations powering these features may change over time.
6. Venue Information & Accuracy
Venue information may include descriptions, categories, hours, availability signals, price levels, booking requirements, accessibility notes, location information, images, external links, recommendations, and editorial notes. This information may change without notice and is not independently verified in real time.
Please confirm important details directly with the venue or service provider before you travel, make a reservation, purchase tickets, or rely on hours, accessibility information, age requirements, transportation options, dress codes, or cancellation policies.
7. Availability, Hours & Pricing
Venue hours may change, shows may have dark days, attractions may close, tickets may sell out, restaurant reservations may become unavailable, prices may change, taxes and fees may be added by third parties, and weather or operational conditions may affect services. Displayed availability or planning guidance is not a guarantee.
Where real-time availability is not available, planning guidance is based on catalog information that may lag actual conditions.
8. Booking, Reservation & Ticket Links
Anywhere.Vegas may link you to third-party booking platforms, reservation providers, hotel websites, ticket sellers, tour operators, restaurant reservation systems, venue websites, and transportation services. Any transaction you initiate is between you and that third-party provider.
The third party controls availability, pricing, taxes, fees, payment processing, confirmation, cancellation, modification, refund, delivery, fulfillment, customer service, and any transaction dispute. Anywhere.Vegas is not a party to those transactions.
9. Affiliate Relationships
Some links on Anywhere.Vegas may be affiliate links. We may earn compensation when a visitor completes a qualifying transaction through certain links. Not every external link is an affiliate link.
Affiliate relationships do not determine recommendation rankings. If sponsored placements are ever introduced, they will be clearly identified as sponsored. Using an affiliate link should not, on its own, cause you to pay more for a third-party product or service — although third-party pricing is outside our control.
Full details are in our Affiliate Disclosure.
10. External Websites
External websites linked from Anywhere.Vegas are operated independently. They have their own terms, privacy and cookie policies, and may change without notice. They may collect information about you, set their own cookies, or provide services that are inaccurate or unavailable at any given time.
Anywhere.Vegas does not control third-party content, security, availability, or business practices.
11. User Accounts
You can browse most of Anywhere.Vegas without an account. Optional account features today may include email-based authentication, Google sign-in, a profile, and — for authorized personnel — access to administrative or editorial tools.
If you create an account, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining control of your sign-in method and credentials.
- Providing accurate information where information is required.
- Not sharing your account or credentials with others.
- Notifying us through a listed contact channel if you suspect unauthorized access.
12. Browser-Local Data & Saved Content
Convenience data — including temporary itineraries, favorites, recent searches, profile-related preferences, and local analytics or click buffers — is currently stored in your browser on the device you are using.
- Browser-local data may not synchronize across your devices.
- It may be removed when you clear browser data or storage becomes unavailable.
- It is not guaranteed to serve as permanent backup storage.
- Unsaved (temporary) itineraries may expire approximately 30 days after the last meaningful update.
You should treat browser-local storage as a convenience layer, not as a durable archive of trip planning.
13. User Content
Visitor-provided content today is primarily private planning information — itinerary notes, saved venues, profile fields, search inputs, and planning preferences. Anywhere.Vegas does not currently offer public reviews or public visitor uploads.
You retain ownership of the content you lawfully provide. You grant Anywhere.Vegas the limited permissions necessary to store, process, and display that content back to you, operate the feature you requested, and maintain the service. We do not claim broad rights to sell your content, and private itinerary content is not publicly displayed.
14. Media Uploads & Editorial Contributions
Media uploads and editorial contributions are currently limited to authorized editors and administrators. Authorized contributors may upload venue images, image metadata, licensing information, attribution, and editorial content.
Authorized contributors must have the legal right to submit that content, and must not:
- Infringe copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
- Remove required attribution.
- Provide knowingly false licensing claims.
- Upload malicious files or unlawful content.
- Impersonate any person or organization.
- Include personal information about others without authorization.
A public visitor upload program is not offered as part of the current service.
15. Intellectual Property
The Anywhere.Vegas website — including its branding, logo, design, software, databases, organization, recommendation presentation, original text, graphics, interfaces, and curated compilations — may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
Third-party names, logos, venue images, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Anywhere.Vegas does not claim ownership of venue trademarks, hotel or restaurant brand names, third-party images, booking-provider content, or publicly licensed media beyond the rights granted by the applicable license.
16. Limited Permission to Use the Service
Subject to these Terms, Anywhere.Vegas grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the public service for lawful informational and planning purposes. This includes ordinary browsing, sharing public links, personal trip planning, use of accessibility tools and browser features, and search-engine indexing where permitted.
Without our written permission, you may not:
- Copy substantial portions of our proprietary databases.
- Resell service content.
- Use automated extraction in ways that harm or overload the service.
- Circumvent access controls or technical limits.
- Impersonate Anywhere.Vegas or interfere with site operation.
- Exploit the service commercially in ways not authorized.
Nothing in this section is intended to restrict legitimate fair use or activity that is legally protected in your jurisdiction.
17. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Anywhere.Vegas to:
- Violate applicable laws or infringe intellectual-property rights.
- Access another user’s account without permission.
- Probe, attack, or attempt to breach the security of the service.
- Distribute malware or interfere with the site’s operation.
- Overload the service or scrape protected data at disruptive scale.
- Submit false licensing information or impersonate another person or organization.
- Interfere with recommendation, administrative, or editorial systems.
- Use automated tools to bypass technical limits.
- Collect personal information about others unlawfully.
Ordinary search-engine crawlers are permitted where our site configuration allows indexing.
18. Las Vegas-Specific Personal Responsibility
Las Vegas activities can involve alcohol, gambling, nightlife, heat, crowds, walking, transportation logistics, age restrictions, physical activity, weather exposure, and venue-specific security rules.
You remain responsible for:
- Following applicable laws and complying with age requirements.
- Making responsible decisions about your own activities.
- Arranging safe transportation.
- Considering your own health, mobility, and accessibility needs.
- Checking weather and current venue conditions.
- Confirming accessibility accommodations directly with venues when they are critical.
Anywhere.Vegas does not provide medical, legal, gambling, or financial advice, and does not monitor visitor safety.
19. Gambling & Alcohol Information
Information about casinos, gaming venues, bars, nightlife, and alcohol-related experiences is intended for adults who are legally permitted to participate in those activities. You must comply with venue rules and applicable laws.
Gambling involves risk. We encourage responsible decision-making. Anywhere.Vegas is not a gambling operator and does not accept wagers or process gaming transactions.
20. Accessibility Information
Anywhere.Vegas may provide accessibility-related venue information to help with planning. Accessibility features at venues may change without notice, information may be incomplete, and individual needs vary widely. Please contact venues directly to confirm critical accommodations.
Concerns about the accessibility of Anywhere.Vegas itself can be reported through the contact channels listed below. See the Accessibility Statement for current features, known limitations, and how to report a barrier.
21. Service Availability
Anywhere.Vegas may change features, update venue data, revise recommendations, perform maintenance, suspend portions of the service, remove outdated content, or discontinue features. The service may also experience technical failures, provider outages, maintenance windows, connectivity issues, data delays, or third-party service failures.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or advance notice for every interruption.
22. Account Restriction & Termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse response, legal compliance, intellectual-property protection, response to unauthorized administrative access, or material violations of these Terms.
Because most convenience data is stored in your browser, that local data can remain on your device until you clear it, even after account access is restricted.
23. Privacy & Data Practices
Our privacy and data-handling practices — including authentication, browser storage, location, itinerary data, and local analytics — are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Those documents govern how information is handled and are not duplicated here.
24. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Anywhere.Vegas is provided on an “as available” and informational basis. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, current availability, uninterrupted operation, suitability for every visitor, third-party performance, venue quality, pricing, reservations, safety, accessibility, or specific recommendation outcomes.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to every visitor. We do not attempt to disclaim responsibilities that legally cannot be disclaimed.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anywhere.Vegas should not ordinarily be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from:
- Reliance on outdated venue information.
- Missed reservations or third-party cancellations.
- Price or fee changes made by third parties.
- Travel disruptions and third-party conduct.
- Problems with external websites.
- Loss of browser-local data.
- Temporary service unavailability.
These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit responsibility for intentional misconduct, fraud, or gross negligence, or to waive rights that legally cannot be waived. No monetary liability cap is asserted at this time; any future cap will be introduced only after appropriate business and legal review.
26. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, infringement caused by content you submit, unauthorized access using your credentials, or your material violation of these Terms.
This clause does not require you to indemnify Anywhere.Vegas for our own misconduct.
27. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, to the extent permitted by law.
28. International & Other Jurisdictions
If you access Anywhere.Vegas from outside Nevada or the United States, you are responsible for complying with applicable local laws. Consumer-protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction are not waived where they cannot legally be waived, and nothing in these Terms is intended to override mandatory local consumer protections.
29. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may change as the service evolves — for example, as booking integrations change, cloud-based itinerary storage is introduced, AI processing is activated, analytics change, or contribution features expand. Legal requirements may also change.
When we update the Terms, we will revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change may indicate acceptance where permitted by applicable law. Material changes may receive additional notice if a suitable notification mechanism is in place at the time.
30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
31. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, form the agreement governing your use of Anywhere.Vegas. They do not supersede separate written agreements that specifically apply to you.
32. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
33. Assignment
You may not transfer your account access or your rights under these Terms to another person without our permission. Anywhere.Vegas may need to transfer operational rights in connection with a legitimate business restructuring, subject to applicable law and our privacy obligations. Any such transfer will not expand rights to your personal information beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
