1. Our Accessibility Commitment
We aim to make Anywhere.Vegas usable by a wide range of visitors, including people who rely on:
- keyboards instead of a pointing device
- screen readers
- screen magnification and browser zoom
- voice input
- reduced-motion settings
- high-contrast or customized browser settings
- mobile accessibility features on phones and tablets
Accessibility is an ongoing process. As the Anywhere.Vegas application, venue catalog, and recommendation systems evolve, we expect to keep improving accessibility rather than treating it as a one-time project. We cannot promise universal compatibility with every combination of browser, operating system, and assistive technology.
2. Scope of This Statement
This statement applies to the public Anywhere.Vegas website, including the homepage, Explore, venue detail pages, recommendation results, Concierge, Plan My Vegas Day, the Profile area, and the Legal & Trust Center. Administrative interfaces used by our internal team are not the primary focus of this statement.
This statement reflects the application as it exists today. It is not a formal conformance report and is not a certification of compliance with any accessibility standard or law.
3. Current Accessibility Features
Features we have verified in the current application include:
- semantic HTML with clear document structure and a single primary
<main>landmark on each page - logical heading hierarchy on shared layouts and the Legal & Trust Center pages
- a skip-to-content link on Legal & Trust pages that jumps past navigation
- keyboard-accessible primary navigation, footer, and mobile tab bar
- visible focus indicators driven by shared design tokens
- descriptive page titles and meta descriptions on public routes
- accessible names on interactive controls (buttons, links, form fields)
aria-currenton the active item in the Legal & Trust sidebar navigation- accessible Table of Contents on every published legal page
- notice, information, and warning callouts exposed with appropriate roles
- responsive layouts across mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints
- support for browser zoom without loss of content or functionality on primary pages
- print-friendly formatting on Legal & Trust pages
- image alternative text where informative images have been described in the catalog
Where a feature is implemented on some pages but not yet on all of them, we describe that in the Known Limitations section rather than claiming complete coverage.
4. Keyboard Navigation
Primary navigation, links, and buttons can be reached and activated with a keyboard using standard controls (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, and Space). Interactive components from our shared design system expose visible focus states so you can see where you are on the page.
Menus, dialogs, form controls, recommendation cards, Legal & Trust navigation, and the Profile Privacy Controls are all intended to be operable from the keyboard. We have not exhaustively verified every workflow with every keyboard-only assistive technology, so please tell us if you find a control that traps focus, cannot be reached, or does not respond to standard keys.
5. Screen Readers & Semantic Structure
Screen-reader support relies on:
- semantic landmarks (
main, nav, aside, footer) - meaningful headings and section labels
- accessible names on icon-only buttons
- labeled navigation regions (for example, "Legal & Trust Center navigation")
- status and alert roles on notice and warning callouts
- form-field labels associated with their inputs
Actual screen-reader behavior can vary by browser, operating system, screen-reader product, and personal settings. We do not claim complete compatibility with every screen-reader and browser combination.
6. Images & Alternative Text
We aim to provide meaningful alternative text for informative images such as venue photography and editorial imagery. Purely decorative images may intentionally use an empty text alternative so screen readers do not read them.
Because our venue catalog and media library change over time, some image descriptions may be incomplete or generic, and third-party or legacy media may still be under review. We have not manually verified alternative text on every image in the catalog. If you find an image without a useful description, please report it using the contact options below.
7. Color, Contrast & Visual Presentation
The Anywhere.Vegas interface uses shared design tokens for background, foreground, muted, and accent colors so that text and interactive elements draw from a coordinated palette rather than arbitrary values. Information is not conveyed by color alone — status is also communicated through text labels, icons, or other cues.
We have not published a measured, page-by-page contrast report and we do not claim complete compatibility with operating-system high-contrast modes. If you find text or a control that is difficult to read at your preferred zoom level or in your preferred color settings, please let us know.
8. Motion & Animation
We try to keep motion purposeful and limit unnecessary animation. Where animations are used, we aim to respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting exposed by your browser or operating system. Reduced-motion handling is an area we continue to improve, and some transitions may not yet honor the preference. If a specific animation is a problem for you, please tell us where you encountered it.
9. Forms & Interactive Controls
Search inputs, filters, authentication forms, Profile controls, Privacy Controls, and affiliate or booking calls-to-action are built with visible labels, accessible names, and keyboard activation. Required fields and error messages are surfaced in text rather than color alone.
We have not exhaustively tested every form with every assistive technology. Please report any form where a label is unclear, an error message is unreachable, or focus is not restored after submitting.
10. Mobile & Responsive Accessibility
Anywhere.Vegas is designed to work across mobile phones, tablets, desktop browsers, and larger screens. Content is intended to reflow rather than force horizontal scrolling, controls are sized to be reasonable touch targets on mobile, and text scales with your browser's zoom setting.
We cannot guarantee identical behavior on every device or browser version, especially older or less common configurations.
11. Venue Accessibility Information
Some venue pages and recommendations may include accessibility-related information such as accessible entrances, mobility notes, seating information, transportation guidance, walking considerations, activity level, or general accessibility notes.
12. Third-Party Websites & Booking Services
Anywhere.Vegas links to third-party websites operated by hotels, restaurants, venues, booking platforms, reservation providers, ticket providers, tour operators, and social media services. Those third parties control their own websites and their own accessibility practices.
We cannot guarantee the accessibility of external booking forms, payment interfaces, reservation systems, ticketing websites, social platforms, or embedded content hosted elsewhere. If you encounter an accessibility issue on a third-party service reached through an Anywhere.Vegas link, please contact that provider directly. You are also welcome to tell us about it so we can consider the link's usefulness.
13. Known Limitations
We prefer to be transparent about where accessibility work is still in progress. Known limitations include:
- manual keyboard and assistive-technology testing has not been completed across every page and workflow
- alternative text on venue and editorial images is still being reviewed and improved
- venue accessibility information may be incomplete or out of date
- third-party content, booking flows, and embedded media are outside our accessibility control
- reduced-motion handling is implemented on shared components but may not yet cover every animated element
- dynamic recommendation and Concierge content continues to evolve and requires ongoing testing
- complex interfaces such as maps, media galleries, and certain administrative tools have not been formally audited
- behavior may vary between browsers, operating systems, and assistive-technology versions
- we have not commissioned an independent third-party accessibility audit
If you encounter a barrier that is not captured above, please report it using the options in the next section.
14. Ongoing Improvement
Our accessibility work is ongoing and may include internal code review, keyboard testing, screen-reader spot checks, contrast review, responsive testing, image alt-text review, form-label review, review of new features before publication, and remediation based on visitor feedback. We do not currently operate on a fixed public audit schedule and we do not maintain a dedicated accessibility department.
15. Reporting an Accessibility Barrier
We welcome reports about accessibility issues, including problems with:
- keyboard navigation or focus behavior
- screen-reader labels or announcements
- missing or unclear image alternative text
- low contrast or unreadable text
- forms that are hard to complete with assistive technology
- mobile or responsive layout problems
- venue accessibility information that appears incorrect or outdated
- third-party links that lead to inaccessible destinations
Contact options are listed in the Contact section below and on the Legal & Trust Center.
16. Response to Accessibility Feedback
We will review accessibility reports and work to address verified barriers as resources and technical requirements allow. We do not promise immediate resolution, a fixed response deadline, a guaranteed outcome, compensation, legal remedies, or personal technical support. We also cannot resolve accessibility issues on third-party services on your behalf.
17. Alternative Access
If you are unable to access particular information on Anywhere.Vegas, you are welcome to contact us so we can try to help you locate the same public information in another reasonable format where practical. We do not offer live telephone support, custom personal travel planning, or accessibility support for third-party booking transactions. Bookings, reservations, and venue-specific accommodation requests should be directed to the relevant provider.
18. Standards & Guidance
We use recognized accessibility guidance, including principles from the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, semantic web standards, and common keyboard-accessibility practices, to inform ongoing improvements. This statement does not claim formal conformance to any specific WCAG level, ADA program, or Section 508 requirement, and we do not display a conformance badge.
19. Compatibility
Anywhere.Vegas is intended to work with recent versions of modern browsers and commonly used assistive technologies. Actual results may vary based on browser, operating system, device, screen reader, browser extensions, custom settings, and outdated software. We do not publish a formal compatibility matrix.
20. Effective Date & Policy Changes
This statement may be revised as features change, testing expands, known barriers are corrected, venue accessibility data improves, accessibility standards evolve, or feedback identifies new issues. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. We do not send individual notices for every revision.
