1. Editorial Mission
Anywhere.Vegas exists to help visitors discover Las Vegas venues and experiences, understand which options may fit their needs, compare practical considerations, plan more effectively, identify nearby pairings, and make informed booking or visitation decisions.
Editorial content aims to be useful, clear, practical, visitor-focused, and transparent about its limitations. Recommendation rankings are intended to remain independent of affiliate compensation.
2. Types of Content
Anywhere.Vegas may publish or display venue profiles, factual venue information, editorial descriptions, recommendation summaries, itinerary suggestions, nearby pairings, availability guidance, transportation notes, visitor-fit guidance, accessibility notes, planning tips, category pages, curated collections, operational updates, images, affiliate and booking links, and automated or AI-assisted responses.
Different content types may be created, reviewed, and updated through different workflows. A curated collection, an automated recommendation, and a venue profile do not necessarily share the same review path.
3. Sources of Venue Information
Venue information may come from official venue websites, resort or hospitality websites, reservation and ticketing platforms, tourism organizations, public records, publicly available business information, venue-provided information, editorial research, licensed data, authorized administrative updates, user or venue correction reports, and prior catalog records under review.
Not every source is equally authoritative. For operational facts such as hours, location, booking rules, age restrictions, accessibility contacts, closures, and ticket information, official venue sources are generally preferred.
4. Fact Verification
When reviewing venue records, Anywhere.Vegas may compare official sources, existing catalog records, venue websites, booking platforms, administrative notes, media metadata, schedule information, and user-reported corrections.
Verification depth may vary by field. Some information changes rapidly, some may be incomplete, and not every record is monitored continuously. The platform may rely on the best available source at the time of publication.
5. Venue Hours and Availability
Venue hours and availability information may include standard weekly hours, multiple opening windows, dark days, holiday exceptions, seasonal schedules, temporary closures, special performances, reservation guidance, and arrival recommendations.
These records may change between updates. Confirm hours and availability with the venue before relying on them for an important plan. Planning guidance is informational and does not guarantee admission, reservations, or availability.
6. Editorial Descriptions
Venue descriptions and summaries may combine factual information, editorial judgment, visitor-fit analysis, atmosphere or vibe descriptions, planning context, and recommendation logic.
Subjective descriptions such as romantic, lively, luxurious, family-friendly, quiet, crowded, local favorite, or tourist-oriented represent editorial interpretation. They may not match every visitor's experience.
7. Recommendations
Recommendations may be based on factors such as stated visitor preferences, category, location, distance, time of day, venue characteristics, price level, duration, transportation requirements, availability information, accessibility considerations, visitor type, group size, occasion, weather, itinerary fit, nearby pairings, catalog confidence, recommendation logic, and editorial judgment.
Recommendation results are informational and are not guarantees. Proprietary formulas, internal weights, and sensitive implementation details are not disclosed.
8. Recommendation Independence
Affiliate compensation does not determine recommendation ranking. A venue should not rank higher solely because a commission may be earned from a booking, and recommendation suitability is intended to remain separate from affiliate tracking.
Ordinary venue website links, reservation links, booking links, and affiliate links are distinct types of outbound links. Not every outbound link is monetized. Where a commercial relationship applies, it should be disclosed. See the Affiliate Disclosure for details.
Anywhere.Vegas does not claim that no commercial influence is possible in any future product; it does commit to keeping affiliate compensation out of ranking decisions today.
9. Sponsored Content
If sponsored content or paid placements are introduced in the future, they will be clearly labeled and distinguishable from ordinary editorial recommendations. This Editorial Policy and the Affiliate Disclosure will be updated as appropriate.
10. Affiliate and Booking Links
Editorial content may include direct venue links, reservation links, booking links, ticket links, and affiliate links. Outbound-link type should be identified or tracked accurately, and not every booking link is an affiliate link.
Affiliate compensation does not guarantee a positive review. Third-party providers control prices, availability, refunds, and fulfillment for bookings made through outbound links. See the Affiliate Disclosure and Terms of Service for more information.
11. Venue Relationships
Anywhere.Vegas may communicate with venues, hospitality groups, booking providers, tourism organizations, media representatives, photographers, content licensors, and affiliate partners.
Receiving information, media, access, or a correction request from a venue does not automatically guarantee inclusion, favorable treatment, a positive recommendation, prominent ranking, removal of accurate criticism, or publication of requested language.
12. Conflicts of Interest
Known material commercial or personal conflicts should be disclosed or managed where relevant. Potential conflicts may include affiliate relationships, sponsorship, ownership interests, complimentary access, promotional consideration, personal relationships, and content supplied by a venue.
Anywhere.Vegas seeks to separate commercial considerations from visitor-fit recommendations. This policy does not claim that a formal conflict register currently exists.
13. Complimentary Access and Hosted Experiences
If Anywhere.Vegas were to receive complimentary admission, hosted meals, lodging, event access, media access, transportation, or other material consideration, that consideration should be disclosed when it could reasonably affect how a visitor interprets the content.
This section is provided in cautious general terms. It does not represent that such benefits are currently received, and no disclosure badge or hosted-experience workflow is claimed here.
14. Ratings, Scores, and Labels
Labels and scores that may appear on Anywhere.Vegas — including recommendation scores, priority scores, trust scores, walking scores, crowd levels, energy levels, price levels, visitor-fit tags, accessibility notes, and editorial status indicators — may be derived from structured catalog data, editorial classification, rules-based calculation, approximate estimates, or automated processing.
These indicators should not be treated as official venue ratings unless explicitly identified as such. Internal formulas and weights are not published.
15. Automated and AI-Assisted Work
Some content or recommendations may be generated by deterministic rules, assembled from structured data, ranked automatically, or drafted with the assistance of AI tools, and may be reviewed through administrative workflows.
Automated outputs may contain errors, outdated information, inappropriate assumptions, or incomplete context. Significant travel, safety, accessibility, booking, or financial details should be independently verified before you rely on them.
16. Human and Administrative Review
Authorized administrators or editors may review venue records, edit descriptions, update categories, manage media, review licensing metadata, correct venue relationships, update availability information, publish or revise editorial content, and review operational issues.
Anywhere.Vegas does not claim that every automated response is reviewed before a user sees it, nor that every record receives manual review on a fixed schedule.
17. Media and Images
Media may be selected based on relevance, quality, venue identification, licensing status, attribution requirements, editorial suitability, and display compatibility.
Image certification is an internal review mechanism, not a legal guarantee. Placeholder images may be used where approved media is unavailable or under review. Attribution and licensing details are described in the Copyright & Attribution policy.
18. Image Accuracy and Representation
Venue images should aim to represent the associated property, business, or experience accurately. An image may sometimes be outdated, seasonally different, supplied by a third party, representative rather than current, or replaced because of licensing or quality concerns.
Please report cases where the wrong venue is shown, signage is misleading, an image is outdated, attribution is incorrect, media does not load, or a placeholder is incorrectly associated with a venue.
19. Accessibility Information
Accessibility-related venue information is provided for planning support. Details may be incomplete, individual needs vary, and venue conditions may change. Critical accommodations should be confirmed directly with the venue.
Anywhere.Vegas does not necessarily perform physical accessibility inspections. Venue accessibility notes are not certified findings. See the Accessibility Statement for the platform's own accessibility commitments.
20. Safety and Sensitive Topics
Content involving alcohol, gambling, nightlife, heat, walking, crowds, transportation, physical activity, and age restrictions should be presented responsibly.
Anywhere.Vegas does not provide medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, gambling advice, or emergency services. Visitors remain responsible for personal decisions and for verifying current conditions.
21. Corrections Policy
Anywhere.Vegas welcomes corrections concerning venue names, location, hours, closures, booking links, accessibility information, image attribution, licensing, descriptions, category placement, outdated recommendations, and venue relationships.
When reporting a correction, please include, where practical: the exact page URL, the field or statement involved, an explanation of the issue, a supporting source, the preferred correction, and contact information for follow-up. Confidential business documents are not required for ordinary factual corrections.
22. Correction Review
Correction requests may be evaluated using official venue sources, authoritative public records, booking platforms, existing catalog records, source metadata, editorial context, and additional information from the reporter.
Anywhere.Vegas may correct the content, add clarification, update a source, replace an image, revise a recommendation, decline a request that is unsupported, or leave subjective editorial judgment unchanged. Not every request will be accepted, and no fixed correction deadline is promised.
23. Significant Corrections
Significant corrections may be handled through visible content updates, changed publication or update dates, editorial notes, removal of inaccurate information, or replacement of misleading media.
A public corrections log is not claimed, and a formal correction notice is not promised for every minor edit.
24. Venue Requests for Changes
Venues may request factual corrections and are encouraged to do so. Venues may not require Anywhere.Vegas to remove accurate public information, guarantee favorable language, change ranking without a relevant factual basis, conceal an affiliate relationship, publish supplied promotional copy unchanged, or remove lawful editorial judgment merely because it is unfavorable.
This distinction is not intended to be adversarial. It exists so that visitors can trust that editorial descriptions reflect editorial judgment.
25. Removal and Unpublishing
Content may be removed, archived, hidden, or revised when a venue closes, a duplicate record exists, information is materially inaccurate, media rights are disputed, safety or legal concerns arise, a record no longer meets catalog requirements, or a technical or editorial error exists.
Permanent deletion is not promised, and internal moderation thresholds are not published.
26. Sources and Attribution
Anywhere.Vegas may link to or identify official venue sources, booking sources, licensing sources, image creators, public repositories, and third-party information providers. Source links may change or become unavailable over time.
Media attribution practices are described in the Copyright & Attribution policy.
27. User Feedback
Visitor feedback may help identify outdated information, recommendation problems, inaccessible interfaces, broken links, incorrect venue images, missing venues, category errors, and availability changes.
Feedback may be reviewed but does not guarantee a specific editorial outcome. Public reviews and comments are not currently published on Anywhere.Vegas.
28. Editorial Independence From Venues
Venues do not receive a guaranteed right to approve editorial descriptions, preview rankings, suppress lawful criticism, demand favorable placement, or control comparison with other venues.
Factual corrections and rights-based concerns are still considered seriously. This policy does not claim a formal newsroom firewall.
29. Publication and Update Frequency
Content may be updated when new information is found, when a venue reports a correction, during catalog maintenance, when seasonal schedules change, when links break, when media is replaced, and when recommendation logic changes.
Continuous monitoring and a fixed review cycle are not promised.
30. Archived and Historical Information
Older or archived information may remain in internal systems or historical records. Public content should not be assumed current merely because a prior version existed. A public archive is not currently offered.
31. External Reviews and User-Generated Ratings
Anywhere.Vegas does not currently import, display, or summarize third-party star ratings or user-generated review scores as its own ratings. If verified external ratings are introduced in the future, they will be identified as third-party data and disclosed with their source and limitations where practical.
32. Editorial Errors and Limitations
Errors may occur because venues change, websites become outdated, source information conflicts, automated processes misclassify data, images are associated incorrectly, schedules change, or recommendation logic interprets preferences imperfectly.
Anywhere.Vegas seeks to correct verified material errors and avoids absolute promises about accuracy or completeness.
33. No Professional Advice
Editorial and planning content is general information. It does not constitute legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, safety certification, accessibility certification, or professional travel-agent advice. Seek appropriate professional or provider-specific guidance when necessary.
34. Policy Changes
This Editorial Policy may change as editorial workflows evolve, venue partnerships change, sponsored content is introduced, AI systems become active, user submissions expand, review processes mature, or correction systems change.
The Last Updated date will be revised when material changes are published. Individual notification is not promised.
