Anywhere.Vegas is a Las Vegas discovery, planning, and concierge service. The website contains a mixture of original Anywhere.Vegas content, factual venue information, third-party trademarks, licensed media, publicly licensed media, externally sourced information, authorized editorial uploads, and links to third-party websites.

Because this material comes from many sources, ownership and permitted uses vary from item to item. This policy describes the categories of content we publish, how we credit and manage third-party media, what visitors may do with the site, and how to raise a copyright concern.

Original content created specifically for Anywhere.Vegas may include our branding, logos, original written descriptions, editorial summaries, recommendation presentation, interface design, page layouts, software, database structure, catalog organization, original graphics, original placeholder artwork, and original planning and concierge content.

These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, database, unfair-competition, and other applicable laws. Anywhere.Vegas does not claim exclusive rights in the underlying public facts that our content organizes.

Basic factual information is distinct from original creative expression. Examples include venue names, addresses, hours, categories, prices, location areas, booking requirements, accessibility facts, event dates, and publicly available contact information.

Anywhere.Vegas may organize, summarize, verify, and present factual information in an original format, but does not claim ownership over the facts themselves.

Names, logos, service marks, trade dress, and other branding associated with hotels, resorts, restaurants, casinos, shows, attractions, tours, ticket providers, reservation platforms, transportation providers, and other third parties belong to their respective owners.

Their use on Anywhere.Vegas is generally for identification, description, commentary, comparison, navigation, editorial reference, and linking to official or booking sources. Such use does not imply ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or authorization unless expressly stated.

Images displayed on Anywhere.Vegas may include:

• Authorized editorial uploads
• Third-party licensed photography
• Publicly licensed media (for example, from public repositories)
• Images supplied by venue or hospitality sources
• Images used with attribution where required
• Temporary placeholder images

Image rights may vary by item. A single general license does not apply to the entire image catalog.

To support responsible media use and internal review, Anywhere.Vegas may maintain information about each media record, including the source website, source URL, photographer or creator, license type, copyright status, attribution, image status, certification status, editorial notes, and the date the record was added.

Metadata may be incomplete, source information may change, and external records may contain errors. Internal certification is an editorial workflow, not a legal guarantee, and any media record may be corrected or replaced if new information becomes available.

Some images may be used under public licenses, including licenses commonly found on Wikimedia Commons or similar repositories. Public availability of a license does not mean the image is public domain, permits every commercial use, permits modification, waives attribution, or shares identical conditions with other publicly licensed images.

Reuse may require compliance with the specific license attached to the original media. Where appropriate, please refer to the source and license information associated with the original image on its host repository.

Some media may be identified as public domain where supported by the source information. Public-domain status may depend on jurisdiction, and trademarks, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights may still apply. Source attribution may still be provided as an editorial practice, and users should independently verify status before reuse.

“Royalty-free” does not necessarily mean free of cost, public domain, free of license conditions, transferable to site visitors, or usable for every purpose. Where stock or royalty-free sources contribute to our catalog, Anywhere.Vegas’s license or authorized use does not automatically grant visitors permission to reuse the same media.

Some media may originate from venue websites, resort media pages, press resources, hospitality groups, tourism organizations, or authorized representatives. Such media remains subject to the owner’s terms and applicable rights. Availability on a press page does not create unlimited reuse rights.

Where rights are uncertain, Anywhere.Vegas may remove, replace, or restrict the media while reviewing its status.

Attribution may be displayed where required by license, requested by the creator, supplied by the source, or considered appropriate editorial practice. Attribution may include the creator name, source, license, source link, or copyright notice.

Attribution does not transfer ownership, does not necessarily create permission, and does not cure unauthorized use. We welcome corrections when attribution is incomplete or inaccurate.

Anywhere.Vegas may use placeholder images when an approved venue image is unavailable, an image fails to load, licensing verification is incomplete, a media record is being replaced, or a venue has not yet received approved imagery.

Placeholders are not intended to represent the actual appearance of a venue unless clearly stated. Original Anywhere.Vegas placeholder graphics remain subject to the site’s copyright.

Media-upload and management functionality is currently restricted to authorized administrators, editors, and approved operational users. Public visitors cannot upload venue images through the site at this time.

Authorized uploaders must:

• Own the media or have permission to use it
• Comply with its license
• Provide accurate source and attribution information
• Avoid infringing copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights

Visitors with accounts may submit information such as itinerary notes, profile information, planning preferences, search requests, and communications. Authorized editorial users may additionally submit media uploads as described above.

Providing this information does not transfer ownership beyond the limited permission needed to process the submission, provide the requested feature, store it where applicable, display it to the submitting user, or review a complaint or correction. Anywhere.Vegas does not claim broad ownership of user submissions.

Visitors may use the public website for lawful personal and noncommercial purposes, including browsing, personal trip planning, saving personal links, sharing links to public pages, quoting brief portions where legally permitted, and using normal accessibility and browser tools. This does not authorize copying or redistributing substantial original portions of the site.

Unless permitted by law or written authorization, visitors may not:

Nothing in this section is intended to restrict lawful fair use, commentary, criticism, news reporting, research, accessibility use, ordinary search-engine indexing where allowed, or other legally protected activity.

Visitors may ordinarily link to public Anywhere.Vegas pages provided they do not imply a false affiliation, misrepresent the linked content, use the link unlawfully, frame the site deceptively, or misuse Anywhere.Vegas branding. Ordinary public hyperlinks do not require written permission.

Limited screenshots or excerpts may generally be used for personal sharing, commentary, discussion, news reporting, and reviews, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.

A screenshot may contain third-party trademarks, photographs, venue names, or copyrighted images. Anywhere.Vegas cannot grant rights it does not own, and this policy does not create a blanket license for commercial republication of screenshot content.

Anywhere.Vegas may reference or display content originating from third parties. Third-party content remains governed by the creator’s rights, the applicable license, the source website’s terms, trademark law, privacy and publicity rights, and other applicable restrictions. Inclusion on Anywhere.Vegas does not mean we can authorize reuse by visitors.

The site may link to official venue sites, booking providers, reservation systems, social platforms, media sources, licensing pages, and public repositories. External content is governed by the third party’s own terms and policies. Anywhere.Vegas does not control later changes to external content or licensing pages.

Copyright owners and authorized representatives may report allegedly unauthorized images, inaccurate attribution, incorrect creator names, incorrect license information, copied text, misuse of a trademark, or other rights concerns using the centralized contact channels listed at the bottom of this page.

Where practical, please include:

Please submit accurate, good-faith reports. Knowingly false claims may harm creators, publishers, venues, and other users. Formal perjury declarations and other statutory statements belong in a verified DMCA process rather than in ordinary informal reports.

A rights complaint may require consideration of ownership, license, public-domain status, fair use, attribution, identification, commentary, editorial context, contractual rights, and jurisdiction. The existence of a complaint does not always establish infringement, and this policy does not make legal determinations.

Anywhere.Vegas welcomes corrections to creator names, source URLs, license labels, attribution wording, copyright-status metadata, and venue-image associations. Correcting metadata may resolve a concern without removing the underlying media. Not every requested attribution format can be accepted, but we aim to reflect verified rights information.

Anywhere.Vegas may restrict media-management access or remove content when authorized contributors repeatedly submit material without appropriate rights. This applies to verified administrative and editorial access; it does not describe a formal statutory repeat-infringer policy.

Some image concerns involve privacy, publicity, personal likeness, sensitive information, minors, private property, or contractual restrictions. These concerns may be reviewed separately from copyright ownership. Copyright ownership does not resolve all privacy or publicity issues.

• Viewing content does not transfer ownership.
• Downloading an image does not grant a license.
• Attribution does not create permission.
• A link to a source does not grant reuse rights.
• Anywhere.Vegas cannot license rights it does not own.
